SiTime's Stratum 3 solutions are designed to replace legacy OCXOs and TCXOs with extremely small, 4-pin packages. They uniquely combine Stratum 3 stability with small size, low voltage operation and programmable features that allow customers to quickly and easily customize and differentiate their products. SiTime's Stratum 3 solutions are ideal for high-performance, high-reliability applications such as SONET and Synchronous Ethernet based core and edge routers, wireless base stations, IP timing, test instrumentation and smart grid.

Features of SiTime's Stratum 3 Solutions

• Any frequency up to 220 MHz with 6 decimal places of accuracy, enabling frequency selections not available from quartz
• Stratum 3 stability (±4.6 PPM over 20 years, ±0.37 PPM 24 hold-over stability)
• ±0.1 PPM stability over temperature
• Extremely small, 4-pin packages: 2520, 3225, 5032 and 7050
• No acitivity dips that can reduce call drops in wireless systems
• Large pull range (±12.5 PPM) that enables better fine-tuning in system
• 2.5V to 3.3V operation
