SiTime's Spread Spectrum Programmable Oscillators use industry-leading, proven, and highly reliable MEMS and analog technologies to offer the best cycle to cycle jitter in the industry, which allows them to be used in a wide range of high-performance applications. These products are programmable for various down-spread and center-spread options, enabling the customer to optimize the EMI reduction for their application requirements.

The Spread Spectrum Programmable Oscillators are available in many industry-standard packages, including the world's smallest oscillator package (2.5x2.0mm), which make them suitable for space constrained applications, as well as for solving critical EMI issues in the late stages of development without a board re-spin. In addition to being programmable to any frequency within the device range, the operating voltage (1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V) can also be customized. The Spread Spectrum products work over the industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Finally, SiTime's all-silicon technology offers best-in-class 2 FIT performance which significantly improves system reliability and is an order of magnitude better than quartz-based oscillators.
