The SiT8102 is the world’s highest performance programmable oscillator with sub-picosecond phase jitter and ultra low frequency tolerance of ±10 PPM. It is designed for high performance computing, consumer, and networking applications. For example, the SiT8102 supports high speed serial communication protocols such as SATA, SAS, Ethernet, FireWire (1394B), and Fibre Channel.

With its innovative MEMS First™ resonator technology, SiTime is able to mass produce reliable, high performance MEMS oscillators that are ideal for most applications. Like all SiTime products, the SiT8102 high performance programmable oscillator is lead free and RoHS compliant.

    • <1 ps RMS phase jitter (random) or 3.5 ps RMS period jitter improves total timing margin in high performance designs
