SiTime’s all-silicon MEMS resonators can be easily and cost-effectively embedded with another SOC die inside a plastic package. SOC vendors who use SiTime’s MEMS resonators can now provide a complete, embedded clocking solution without the need for any external components. SiTime offers both kHz frequency and MHz frequency resonators that have very high Q, very small size and have the highest robustness and reliability in the industry.
