The SiT3907 is a highly flexible, high performance Digitally Controlled Oscillator (DCXO) with LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. This programmable device supports any frequencies, 1-220 MHz, along with any combination of voltage (1.8V, 2.5V-3.3V), pull range (±25PPM to ±200PPM) and package (3225, 5032, 7050). It provides superior pull range linearity of 0.01% which is 1000 times better than quartz crystal VCXOs, thereby simplifying PLL and clock synchronization design. The SiT3907 uses a 1-wire interface to communicate the control data into the chip. It comes in 3 industry standard package sizes, 4-pin 3.2x2.5 mm, and 6-pin 5.0x3.2 or 7.0x5.0 mm
