SiTime's Encore-based Ultra Performance Differential Oscillator family delivers 500 femtoseconds integrated RMS phase jitter (12kHz - 20MHz) and ±10ppm frequency stability across the entire temperature range. These devices are the first MEMS timing solutions to exceed the stringent SONET clocking requirements, and are ideal for applications in telecom, networking, storage and wireless.

In addition to our Ultra Performance differential Oscillator family, SiTime also offers High Performance and kHz family of MEMS oscillators for computing, consumer and embedded applications. These oscillators come with best-in-class power consumption and a rich set of configurable features such as frequency range, stability, SoftEdge™ drive strength, etc. that users can customize for their specific application.

All of SiTime's Oscillators are 100% drop-in replacements for quartz crystal, SAW and third-overtone oscillators and can be used in existing designs without any schematic or layout changes.
