The SiT8002XT is a MEMS-based programmable oscillator. The device can be factory programmed to deliver any frequency from 1 MHz to 125 MHz with frequency stability of up to +/-100 ppm over the industrial temperature range (-40 to +85 C). The SiT8002XT is available in a 3.0 x 3.5 x 0.25 mm XLLGA surface mount package, and the typical height of 0.25 mm is one-third the height of other oscillators. Like all SiTime products, the SiT8002XT is lead free and RoHS compliant.
