SiTime's MEMS-based 32 kHz solutions are ideal for replacing traditional quartz crystals (resonators) in wearable and mobile applications where space and power are critical.

  • Internal filtering eliminates external Vdd bypass cap
  • Best frequency stability:
    • < 5 PPM (SiT1552 TCXO)
    • < 75 to 100 over temp. (SiT153x/SiT1630 XO) 
    • < 10 PPM initial tolerance (SiT153x/SiT1630 XO)
