SiTime's SiT15xx MEMS-based 32 kHz solutions are ideal for replacing traditional quartz crystals (resonators) in wearable and mobile applications where space and power are critical.

    • SiT153x: Optimized for regulated supply apps: 1.2V to 3.63V
    • SiT154x: Optimized for unregulated Li+ battery apps: 2.7V to 4.5V
  • Oscillator output eliminates external load caps
  • Internal filtering eliminates external Vdd bypass cap
  • Best frequency stability:
    • < 5 PPM (SiT1552 TCXO)
    • < 75 to 100 over temp. (SiT1553x/4x XO) 
    • < 10 PPM initial tolerance (SiT153x/4x XO)
