Job Description
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of analog, mixed-signal, and digital designers to deliver world-class MEMS based clock chips
- Drive circuit architecture based on high level specifications
- Oversee the functional and physical verification of the chip
- Work with the characterization team to put together silicon verification plans
- Communicate across organizations the status and achievements of the team
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
- M.S. + 10 years or Ph.D. + 5 years, in Electrical Engineering
- Desire to take on project management responsibility
- Core expertise in PLL (Sigma-Delta and LC) or ADC (preferably > 14 ENOB)
- Strong knowledge of circuit design and scripting
- Willingness to mentor members of his/her team
- Solid understanding of device physics
- Familiarity with DFM/DFT, ESD/Latchup practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
