Dr. Stefan Kampmann is Executive Vice President for Electric Vehicle and Hybrid Technology of the Robert Bosch Automotive technology sector. This business sector of the Robert Bosch GmbH is the world’s largest automotive supplier, generates revenues of over 28 Billion Euros and employs over 165,000 associates. From 2007 to 2010 Dr. Kampmann had the responsibility for the engineering of the Automotive Electronic division, as well as for the semiconductors and MEMS business. From 2003 to 2007, Dr. Kampmann was the Senior Vice President of the Diesel Systems division at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he was responsible for the engineering of common rail systems for passenger cars and for developing Bosch’s diesel business with Asian, American and European customers. Dr. Kampmann holds a Dr.-Ing degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and a Diploma degree in Physics from the University of Wurzburg.
